Cancellation Policy
Please kindly note due to the material needs to pre-prepared for impression session, once the session is booked, we only accommodate to reschedule the session but no refund will be issued for cancellation of the session due to the material reason. If you could give us at least 48 hours to reschedule we will try to accommodate it. At session day, please keep us posted your schedule of arrival, if later than 30 mins without notification, the session is automatically cancelled. You could also book it as a gift session for your friend's or families, if you'd like to have a gift certificate for this session, please email to hello@littleplaza.co.uk to arrange it with us.
